... this stuff (gesture control technology) will be built into the bezel of every display. It'll be built into architecture. The gloves go away in a matter of months or years. So this is the inevitability about it.

Leap Motion

Optical system that tracks your hands & fingers
with infrared LEDs and cameras

Motion Control Technology


  • High accuracy and sensitivity
    (spatial precision of about 0.01 mm)


  • Tracks individual finger movements

  • Tracks movement and velocity

  • Specs say 8 cubic foot area (2x2x2)
    (maybe a bit smaller in real world use)

  • Several Leaps can be linked and used simultaneously
